Whatever you do...don't send an old Pleasant Co. today doll to the doll hospital. I sent mine and they sent me a new doll that wasn't my old doll because they didn't have the old parts. It was traumatic!

yeah, i heard about how they do that. they seriously shouldnt do that, because its a collectors item for crying out loud! its not the same to the owners, and it never will be the same. |

Yep, and there bodys won't match there head if you get there head changed, and the pleasent co. dolls and the new ones look much different. But if they have silver eye or something you can ask them to just get he eyes replaced, but they'd have different eyelashes though. |

Even tho she was a collectors item...it was best that she go. When I was little I cut her hair and she had stains and he limbs were falling off. It was probably best to let her R.I.P.
But it was still traumatic. Don't do it if you have to! |

They did ask for my consent. I didn't really think about it at the time of the phone call from them. I thought she would look the same. I didn't realize the huge difference until I pulled her out of the doll hospital box. Then I was heartbroken  |

Yeah, I just got my PM Molly today, she is so different from the mattel dolls! I was looking at my sister's mattel one, and my pm molly, and there skin color is different, there hair, eyes, face shap, eyelashes and there skin is even squisher! So it would be really odd if your pm kirsten came back as a mattel doll...
